Located in the Kurbanlı Organised Industrial Zone, the Doğuş Composite administration building comprises 1,233 m² of office space across three floors and a 411 m² terrace, translating the manufacturing facility’s corporate identity into a contemporary working environment.
Led by Zafer Kaymaz / Boyut Design Architecture, the project encompasses architectural concept development, façade and interior design, detailed design, production and on-site implementation. Transparent surfaces, warm materials and an integrated lighting scheme establish visual continuity between workspaces, meeting rooms and shared areas, prioritising functionality and user comfort.
The process is coordinated from design development through fabrication and installation to final handover. The project is currently approximately 60% complete.
