''OSMANİ RESTAURANT ''WATERGARDEN SHOPPING MALL ISTANBUL

Turkish cuisine, by virtue of the land where it was born and developed, has embraced numerous civilizations over thousands of years, resulting in a geography-focused and immensely rich culinary tradition. This cultural treasure, enriched with local ingredients and crafted with knowledge, is faithfully represented in the "Osmani" menu while considering modern dietary standards.

When designing the Osmani restaurant, my goal was to use the colors and textures of Ottoman cultural heritage and architecture as the main theme. I aimed to reinterpret this theme by blending it with modern interior design approaches, creating a harmonious balance between traditional colors and atmosphere. The restaurant encompasses an 800 m² service area, a 220 m² kitchen, and a 120 m² children's play area.

Each design element, including lighting, furniture, decor, materials, and color schemes, was meticulously chosen to contribute to the overall ambiance of the space. My objective was to create a consistent and inviting atmosphere that reflects the brand identity and enhances the dining experience. Every detail was carefully considered and executed to achieve this goal.
